The place was very clean and i was in a section that had a lock on the door so only people in that section had access too. I have stayed before and the section did not have a lock and other people were able to access the facilities in our section. My stay this time had less people staying so it was very quiet, even though it was the exact same time last year. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff are very friendly, with quick responses to any grievances. It’s clean and well kept. Definitely get value for money.

The location was excellent and the building and rooms were pretty comfortable and easy to stay in with a mid-century character and homely feel.

Very good location: beaches, swimming pool, bus stops, Checkers, Spar, Woolworths supermarkets are nearby. I liked the Lion's head view from the room. Bed is comfortable, blanket is normal. They give towel. WiFi was good for me. They try to keep the bathroom always clean.

location is very nice, safe to walk around during the day and also short distances in the early evening, staff is friendly and helpful extended our stay after 3 nights cause we liked it so much. changed to a smaller room then which was perfectly fine as well
